"Great hotel, close to centre and very accessible. Breakfast also had plenty of choice. The only thing that let it down for me is that I paid for a room with two queen beds and we got a room with one and a sofa bed. Other than that we had a fab experience at Hyatt house, I would definitely recommend it to others and stay here again."

"Our rooms didn’t have face towels or floor towel for the shower only very thin/ worn full body towels. I found a dirty sock rolled on the corner of the floor by the balcony. Restaurants close at 8-9pm despite Google says 10-11pm so we were only able to eat pizza instead of the steak house. For the price of rooms parking no included"

"Our room was mostly clean. We did find hair in the shower that wasn't ours. The location was great but the valet parking is overpriced. The bar food was ok but again a bit overpriced. Overall we had a good stay and with a few tweaks this would have 5 stars."
