Definitely out of the way and hard to get into. They charge for parking. Which i think is ridiculous. The floors were dirty as too i showered and my feet were black soon after. Its very sketchy. Parking lot was run down . No breakfast. Pool was closed. Analog tv? No cable channels so they all mostly said no Channel available. There sounded like a WWE match in the room above us so we did not sleep well. As soon as we woke up from our short lived nap we grabbed our things and left. Id say you get what you pay for but 93 dollars was definitely over paying. I would never stay in a knight's inn anywhere ever again. The guy at the desk asked how our 1 night stay was but didnt seem to interested in my issues.

Booked a king room was given a double queen tried charging me extra when i got here even tho i booked ahead of time and paid. Also a $250 cleaning fee if you leave a mess and $10 parking fee non refundable.

It appears that you booked a room with a Queen bed, not a King bed as mentioned. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.Regarding parking, our parking fee is 10 per night, which we believe is quite reasonable compared to downtown rates, which typically range from 50 to 75 per night. We strive to offer affordable and convenient parking options for our guests

It is located in a convenient location to downtown. Used bys servuce and uber to travel back and forth. Place was clean . Only stayed 2 nights but no one serviced our room. Bathroom very small and if you are tall showerhead was very low.

The grounds were nice, but I had to go down treacherous stairs to get to my room and they had no elevator! One of the guys that worked there took them down for me, so that was nice. They told me what room to go to and when I went down the stairs to the room, it was a mess. I put my food that I had just bought for supper and breakfast in the frig.and went to room next to me and told the Hispanic maid I needed to put my food in there and please don't throw it away. Went back upstairs and waited for room be cleaned. When they told me it was ready, I went down the stairs and looked in fridge. and my food was gone! I went to office and told them and all he did was give me money for food. I do not drive, so had to get on bus and go get food again and by that time it was raining. I was so mad. It spoiled my whole stay.

Upon inspection by our Housekeeping Manager, it was discovered that food items were spilled on the bedspread, resulting in spillage onto the bed sheets. Therefore, the food had to be removed from the room.We understand the inconvenience this may have caused you, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption to your plans. As a gesture of goodwill, we ask you for the price of the food you are the one who\set the price and we paid you the same amount.Elevators are available in our building on both ends.Thank you for staying with us

This hotel is in a bad part of town. It's in an unsafe area and unclean. The description online and the pictures don't match the physical building. There are women who stand on the street in front of the hotel to work the night shift if you know what I mean. I can't put an actual word because Expedia wouldn't allow it. I wouldn't stay here even if they paid me.

I booked this bc I was looking for cheap and close to downtown. When we pulled up, I got nervous bc it doesn’t have great curb appeal. I was already thinking this is going to be a long 4 days in this dump. We were about 3 hours earlier than check in and I was going to ask if we could leave our bags there but the manager said he could check us in early! That was a nice surprise. The room was another surprise- it was renovated and clean. The shower had great water pressure. They could provide better blankets as there was a sheet and a thin fleece blanket but we made do. The best part was that it was only a mile walking to Broadway and the walk was beautiful over the bride or cut through the Nissan complex. The immediate area within 5-7min is a little shady but we had absolutely no issues with safety, we walked the entire time we were here and never felt unsafe. I think for the price you can’t go wrong with the location.

We had a problem with a car alarm outside our room constantly going off especially at night. I complained 3 times but they said they talked to the person but couldn't make him leave. Sooooo, we asked to be moved so we could get some sleep. The set up of this Inn is such that the office is in a different building than the hotel. To get to the hotel from the office, you would have to drive around to get to it which would not be a problem if you had a car. We were from out of town so did not have a car and had to walk carrying luggage down stairs from the office to the hotel.
