"Wow 5 star stay! Checkin/out was super easy & they had the most friendly staff we have experienced in years. Normally late hour desk employees are miserable but this lady was so sweet & even refilled the hot water for us to make hot chocolate before bed. Our bed was so comfortable [very hard to find] The breakfast spread in the morning was hands down the best I've seen. We travel a lot for work so this review is not an exaggeration! We got in later than expected otherwise I would have taken...

"This properly is in need of updating. The bathtub drain was very slow to the point of standing water which took 2 or 3 minutes to drain after your shower. The staff at the desk were friendly and accommadating, but vastly overworked. The one individual seemed to be responsible for manning the desk, phone, laundry, and going to the rooms for guests. The last item frequently left the desk unmanned which would lower guests' satisfaction level, possibly causing danger to the current...
