"Pro's: - Tram stop and bus stop in front of the building, just 15 minutes by tram to the city center. - Nearby train station, just 2 minutes from there to Zachodnia station and the rest of the world. - If breakfast is included, it's well worth it. - The restaurant on the 1st floor (which is also their name) serves good food, is rather pricey. Cons: - Because the balkonies are all covered by the same glass wall, it get's VERY noisy outdoors. Conversations from 3 floors down, music from another...

"Very friendly staff"

"Brand new, well located in the middle of everything but quietly tucked between a block of buildings. This is typical of Warsaw architecture. Old town is a quick walk away. Many museums are a close walk. The restaurant is high end. Rooms and beds are magnificent. There is a rooftop bar which is popular and small, so there is usually a wait. Lovely bikes available and other amenities. I always stay here on my Warsaw trips."

"Niet alle personeelsleden spraken vloeiend Engels. Maar deden wel hun uiterste best om ons te woord te staan. Er stond een waterfles op de kamer, dewelke je kan vullen aan de waterdispenser in de gang. Verder hadden we een zeer aangenaam verblijf. De kamers zijn nieuw en goed onderhouden."

"The hotel is in a great location. However, the reception team were less than helpful - issuing us the wrong room initially and then, after swapping the room couldn't have been less interested in helping us move, or find the new room or any kind of explanation as to the mistake. Breakfast was very sub-par (and expensive) - promising the usual (eggs benedict, pancakes, etc.) but then we were told that they weren't available. Throughout our stay no one was friendly or helpful (apart from the room...

"The Patronus Apartments are great alternative to a 4-star hotel for much less money. Everything was top notch starting with room layout thru bedding, appliances, a/c and elevators. Excellent location. We were very happy with our choice. We highly recommend this place."

"This hotel is very conveniently located. It is within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and stores. It is well maintained and very clean. Probably my favorite feature of this hotel is the sound proofing. You just do not hear anything once you are inside your room. I come to Warsaw every year, and this is where I stay every time."
