"Breakfast was great, lots of selection. Our first night we ended up having to move rooms as something was wrong with the vent and it was very loud. Staff were lovely gave us keys to the new room and allowed us to move our things the next morning. Pool and hot tub were good. Room itself was okay not the cleanest but not too bad. We did book a non-smoking room but there was still a bit of a smoke smell. Something not mentioned is there is a free shuttle to the train station which is great. "

"It’s a little far from the train station (to walk with luggage could be hard) but once you get there everything is good, the room is clean, the staff very friendly and they provide disposable sandals, toothbrush, hairbrush etc etc . We loved the place "

"全体的に新しくて清潔感のあるホテルでした。料金も手頃で、成田空港に近くアクセスが良い点はとても便利だと感じました。 一方で、大浴場がない代わりに入浴剤をいただけたのはありがたかったのですが、ユニットバスがかなり狭く、ゆっくりお風呂に入ることができなかったのは少し残念でした。また、部屋にタバコの臭いが残っており、その点も気になりました。 立地や価格面では満足できるホテルですが、客室の快適さという点では改善の余地があると感じました。"

"Nice hotel and near airport. They have feee shuttle bus to airport and to Aeon Mall. "

"Staff were great and the hotel is very clean. Carpet by the front door of the rooms could do with being replaced. Bathrooms are showing their age. We didn't enjoy the breakfast, we left to eat at the Lawson next door instead. "
