"This hotel was one of my favorites that I have ever stayed in. The subway station being connected to the hotel was very convenient and easy to use. The hotel is also located within walking distance (right across the street) from hundreds of restaurants and shops including the famous Dotonbori street. Additionally all of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attended to all of our needs. They also allow you to store your baggage before or after check in or check out so you can go explore the city before you check in or before leaving. Also the staff speak very good English! Overall a great experience!"

"Lovely hotel, couldn’t fault it. On arrival they gave us 2 free drinks vouchers and a free light lunch voucher for each day of our stay. Very good location about 10 min walk to the station. Facilities were very good free coffee, water and snacks. Would definitely go back. "

"Excellent facilities and location. Just in front of the Namba metro station, which also provides access to the JR and Nankai train lines (direct trains to Koyasan and the airport). Walking distance to Dotombori, Kuromon market, Shinsaibashi-suji shopping district, Mido-suji street, etc.. Buffet style Bfast, free luggage lockers and coin operated laundry on-site."

"We stayed here during a 5-day stay in Kyoto. We chose the hotel for the price and rating, but also mainly for the proximity to Kyoto station. It is only a quick two-block walk to the station which made our trip very easy. There is also a 7/11 next door which came in handy for getting cash and grabbing some quick snacks late at night. The room was a little tight for our two large suitcases, the room did not come with a steamer or iron, and the pillows were a bit flat and hard. With that said, it was still a great hotel, and we would certainly stay again for the location, quality, and price point. "

"This was our last stop on our two week journey through Japan and it was the best stop. We traveled with our two yr old and this basic room has the essentials. The beds were so comfy and the room was spacious and super clean. We loved this hotel, the location was perfect. Easy to find and get around. I Would totally recommend! "
