Terrible service
First of all, the reception is not in the same building, ok, i had to read the small text . Second, there were 3 ladies at reception, they let us do the check-in on tablet, which didnt work. Then we had to wait for like 30 minutes until they finally did all the work needed, with faces lime we were burden. They took 5€ for cleaning, i had seen many rooms, however this wasnt clean at all. And there were some bugs in bathroom, i didnt take a picture of. I wouldnt recommend this experience from the begining until the end. At he end they took the deposit from our card. I dont know why, hopefully i would get the answer tommorow. I would recommend to hire new staff - at reception and also to clean.

Terrible customer service. We extended for one night and they made us check out then check in again. Leave for 5 hours and charged us to leave our luggage. And wanted to charge us more to move to the other room before 3pm. This place does not know what customer services is. Would never stay in any of their properties.

Awful customer service, check in woman is so rude. Plus they charge you €4 to hold a suitcase and €5 for a cleaning fee. Trying to charge for every little thing they can. Oh and they want this in cash.

Wouldnt say its a hotel
Booking expecting 3 stars, on arrival at the reception was surprised that it is 4 stars and then disappointed when you actually get into the room which is more like 2 stars. The reception staff was lovely and the actual hotel(?) is on one floor of a seaparate building. What disappointed me was the room is literally bare minimum (dont even have kettle or cups for tea and coffee) and the shower door was falling apart. It also change towels every 3 days. Good side is its quite close to city centre and good resturants around as well as a working air con and fridge.

Would not class this as a boutique hotel. Toilet seat loose. Shower door cracked. Cup and saucer provided but no spoons. Plug for kettle would not fit into the socket without taking something else out.

Great room and Bed, BUT NOT A HOTEL!!!
First things first...this is not a hotel, but rather a company that has a floor in a large colonial style building. There are not 69 rooms, For example, you need a paper map, provided at reception, to find the rooms (seriously!).

Beautiful high ceiling room in a good location. Extra beds were already laid out for my 2 young children. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Our room was in a block a short walk from the building the reception is in, but this was fine.

at the check in we need to pay deposit 200€ with ONLY CREDIT CARD what we had they didn’t accept at all and finally we need to pay double with cash. not only us, other guest had also same situation. The staff especially a BOSSY woman is unimaginable rude

This hotel is wonderful, modern with an old world concrete balcony where I drank my morning coffee. The staff are great, One minor thing, on the site, it would be nice if they made it clear the address for guests to register is not at the actual hotel. They send an email but this info is not boldly pointed out within the other info. I love this hotel though.

Hard to find the reception area and they’re not open 24 hrs so made it hard to find. Stay area is NOT in the same building as the reception...looks like diff hotels share 1 reception

This place is centrally located very convenient to Metro. Elevator was fun... its the shape of a hall deep and thin. Place was super clean. We left our bags after check out to enjoy the last few hours in Napoles. The only inconvenience we had was the metro stop was closed for the day and reception was awesome and called us a shuttle to the train station. A place that will take your worries away. Thank you for everything.

The rooms were good enough and spacious. Looks recently renovated from the inside. The reception which is in another building ~250 meters from the building we stayed in. The location central and close to a lot of the attractions. One note - I received a call from the hotel a day before my travel to confirm my arrival time and in the call the lady suggested the metro line from the Napoli Centrale station to the Universita station was closed and suggested that I take a cab or their pick up service instead. Ended up taking the pick up service, which I was planning on taking anyway, but the metro line was not closed. It was fully operational on the day and the simple lie to sell a service should not have been told.

I think that this place is perfect..you can easily visit Naples either on foot or by the taking the metro which is just a few meters away. Our room was spacious and we had everything we needed. The bed linen and towels were of a very good quality. The place was perfectly clean and the windows which overlooked the main street were soundproof. We will definitively came back here whenever we visit Naples again.

mixed feelings
a lot of trouble to get the key as the "check in counter" is located about 200 meters from the actual (closed) entrance of the building in which the rooms are allocated. Packing a car is a real pain... and a costly one; However the building is beautiful though the environment is noisy, the room itself is quite good.

Unfortunately coming by car in the historical area of Naples, where we are located, is not suggested, because there is no way to park on the street, so it is necessary to use a garage. This does not depend upon us! The information about the reception are clearly indicated in the conditions of the reservation, and it is really very close to the rooms...

We were delayed on our flight so we contacted the hotel and they wanted to charge us €46 for a late check in. So we found another hotel for €35 and therefore stayed in the alternative. Also when called lines were horrific and language barrier was very strong. Not impressed at all.

Was amazing stay. Stayed for 2 days and was very happy. Very helpful with transport from airport and to station. Very friendly staff. Overall would recommend this place. It is very close to many sites and 15 minutes from the beach which was great.

#1, this isn't a hotel. Don't expect it to be one because it's booked on hotels.com. It's run like a b&b so you can't expect full service. #2, it's a budget hotel as far as service goes. The hotel was clean and nice though. We had some weird experiences. We booked it for our last night to just have a place close to the airport. We were coming from the Positano and had prior arrangements that made it extremely inconvenient to get to Naples before 21:00. When I told them of my arrival time, 22:00, they informed me I would have to hire their pickup service from the airport and that person would also handle checkin. That would cost me 35 Euros. Keep in mind my whole room cost 44 Euros. I wasn't coming from the airport so they said I could pay 25 Euros for just the late check in. I travel about 200 days a year and have never had a hotel have an issue with late check-ins. It's part of the industry. Even small AirBnB's figure out how to allow people to arrive late, so not being a hotel isn't an excuse. I tried to cancel, but wasn't able to get a refund. We rearranged our plans and arrived before 9. Here's the weird part. The receptionist doesn't leave at 21:00. So she would have been there to receive us at 22:00. That fee is just to have a fee. As we left, a guest was being asked to check out on his 3rd of 4 paid nights. It was a huge scene and they clearly don't have guests bests interests in mind. I couldn't help but laugh knowing how they handled our late check in.

Even though the streets are noisy, the room is quite and comfortable! The staff are friendly and very helpful! The entrance is tucked away inside the building, finding it is a challenge.

Great hotel? Really loved it, just is a bit hard to find. So I would suggest to book privet transfer for 30 euros and driver would take you to hotels door. The girl on reception was really nice - gave us all the information and suggestions where to go , and where eat :) Also they provide breakfast for 4 euros. On a way back to airport we choosed public transport, receptionist gave all the directions- hotel is one metro stop from main train station Garibaldi and from there you can get transfer bus to airport - and all that costed € 6.10 . Overall really enjoyed our little break.
