The access to the property is extremely "odd". Maybe this is not unusual in Naples but it was a "unique" experience.We were sent pictures to follow for access to the room. The 1st door you come to leads to a dirty and questionable area. If this doesnt bother you then it's and ok place to stay. Communication was good but perhaps not as soon as I would have liked. Clean and modern facility once your inside.

The area around the property is typical Naples, it is loud and a bit dirty. However, when you get to the property it is a quiet, clean, and beautiful escape from the city. The staff was exceptional. We loved the property and would stay here again if we find ourselves back in the city.

We stayed just one night at New Gallery prior to returning to the U.S. but would have happily stayed longer. It is located in an ideal spot to access all public transportation (local, regional and beyond), was clean, comfortable, affordable, and communication was exceptional. I can't speak to the area around Napoli Centrale, but we stayed in the city center earlier in our trip, and the metro is so easy to use.

Received a notice that we would be charged for stained bedding and when we went into our room we had stained bedding. We texted to let the staff know but never received a response. Also had a list of items to purchase in the fridge but half the items were already missing. Beds were comfortable though and the bathroom and shower was clean. TVs do not have WiFi so you cannot use any apps through the tv directly.

Fantastic! We got a balcony view from our room and someone came and cleaned everyday. The surrounding area is right by the train station and it is a little dirty with a lot of homeless people but I felt very safe. There were a lot of police and military around. The room and staff were an amazing and helpful. I would stay there again.

Nice little boutique hotel very close the central train station and Metro subway. Staff very attentive. Rooms very clean and functional. Hotel is hard to find. Be sure to let them know when you will arrive and then call when you are near and they will come and find you and show you where to go.

Stayed for one night, centrally located to central. A bit hard to find but host was able to provide good direction. My complaint is the shampoo/soap one time use bag, when your hands are wet i was not able to tear it open, same for my wife. I had to stop the shower and came out to use the nail clipper to cut open the bag. We stayed at 7 hotels & B&Bs this trip to Malta and Italy, New Gallery is the only one using this toiletry product.

Great room. Getting to the room was a bit tricky. Especially after dark. Wasnt clear when booked this was not regular hotel. Checkin was all by message. Ok - but unexpected.

Friendly, great room, ideal location
Great location! Being so close to Napoli Centrale made everything so easy. Would stay again if I'm ever in Napoli. Oksana and Sergio were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was perfect! Great size, super clean.

The proximity to the Napoli Centrale Stazione is a big selling point, but the room itself is a jewel! With the windows closed, it is an oasis of quiet surrounded by a busy metropolitan area and tourist hub. The decor is beautiful and the staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. Don’t miss walking the Spaccanapoli, enjoying the views from Castel Sant’Elmo, or the evening passeggiata along the Lungomare. Pompeii is an easy train ride and an incredible site. There is much to see and do, and the Napoli citizens can be warm and welcoming.

Great location. Entrance is a little strange, as it goes through what looks like a secret door to a back street and the elevator is a bit old but the staff were brilliant. Very helpful throughout. Particularly as we booked very last minute due to being arranged in Naples. Within an hour or 2 we were at the property and they were ready for us. Would recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at New Gallery. The staff went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of and felt welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything that I needed. It is conveniently located close to the train station. I would happily stay here again!

The room and staff at New Gallery are lovely. The establishment is clean and the bed is sturdy and comfortable. It is very conveniently located near the main train station in Naples. That area isn't the best part of Naples–so it's a good place to stay and store your bags, but you'd probably want to go a bit further away from the hotel for sight seeing. The room feels like a hotel room, but the entrance and communication operate more like a bed and breakfast, so be sure to tell them when you plan on arriving and they will show you the way to the room.

Everyone was so helpful- flight delayed at arrival but ensured all ok. So kind when I had an accident and had to leave early. Only bit I was unsure of on arrival was the main entrance downstairs but once seen in daylight was fine.

Great location for transport links- bus to airport and trains too. Communication with the owner was great, simple instructions for finding the hotel and checking in was very smooth. We only stayed one night but could easily have been there longer.

This property is very nice! The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating. She was willing to help me with any situation. The property is located close to the train station which makes it a great option for travelers who need to reach other destinations but also want to be near the center. It was peaceful and I enjoyed my stay.
