Well located. Our room was quiet and room was spacious. Room was clean. Bathroom is small but all in working order n looks quite new. Breakfast was served on the front dining area. Typical Italian breakfast with boiled egg. There were fruits, cereal n hot drinks too.

This gem of a hotel really made the trip to Naples for us. With only 5 rooms, its very initimate but modern and beautifully kept. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly, with a special shout out to Antonella. She was incredible, like having our very own Italian auntie/friend/mom/sister to help with suggestions and welcoming us at breakfast each morning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the metro, but they had a flat-rate taxi fare to the main central terminal too. There are many attractions you can walk to, but also easy to navigate the train and metro system for longer distances or day trips. We walked everywhere in the day, but kept to the lighted main road at night since we did not feel comfortable wandering the area after dark (which was the only downside, and not the fault of the hotel.)

The actual property was great! The street was busy and dirty with lots of graffiti. It was suggested to be back to the hotel by 9 or 10 in a Monday evening so we were nervous about crime. We took taxis instead of walking and got home fine. The area just wasn’t what I was expecting. It was surprisingly very quiet in the room.

Room was spacious, clean, very tasteful decor and modern. Property is located very close to Domo metro station, old town, dinning options and popular attractions Breakfast was good with variety of fresh fruits, pastries, yogurt and beverages Kudos to Sandra who went the extra mile to accommodate our schedule. She was very friendly, patient, kind, helpful in accommodating our schedule and provided good tourist attraction advice This is a hidden gem and is highly recommended for it's great value, location, comfort and staff

Great location, staff was very friendly and detailed when sharing information. They even packed breakfast for us on the last day since we had an early flight. They also arranged a taxi driver to take us to the airport. Clean rooms and walkable to just about all attractions.

Great location... but very sketchy looking from the outside. It turns out that this made it very quaint. You enter an old giant wooden door and retreat to a wonderful modern hideaway. Included breakfast is minimal in scope, but quite adequate. Only complaint was poor communication for how to gain initial access before you have been issued your entry key. We lucked out into tailgating into the common area door with a nice resident woman returning home with groceries. She told us where to go inside the building. I am not sure how things would have gone if she was not there at that moment. Room was great.

Nice Hotel
The hotel staff was friendly. We were only there 1 night but would stay there again. The room & bathroom were clean & comfortable. It’s located in an area that is walkable to lots of coffee shops & pizza! The elevator is very small but we fit 2 people plus our luggage in it.

The staff was lovely. The room was spacious and very clean. The complementary breakfast was an added bonus. We only stayed for one night, but it was very nice. The reason I gave 4 stars (not 5) was that the air conditioner had a serious drip that needed a bucket under it. We notified the staff and because it was Sunday, we assume they had someone attend to it Monday - after we checked out.

When you walk to and inside the building you might be put off, but the inside of the suites are really nice! Naples in general is a very urban like area, reminds me of NYC. Breakfast was included and was ok, decent amount of options. The receptionist was great, very helpful and gave us tips for seeing around the city. I personally wouldn’t go back to Naples but this place was a good walking distance to the boat docks and restaurants.

Room was excellent and very easy to access property. Just be aware this is mostly an unstaffed hotel. This became a bit tricky trying to pay for the city tax since we weren’t there for very long and we ended up having to pay over the phone after we left.

This boutique hotel is beautifully presented. It was a large room that was clean and well maintained. It have everything we needed except for an iron. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was an amazing hotel that was so accommodating. We got into town late and they communicated so well how we could access our room. The room was spacious and well thought out - thank you extra mirrors! They also let us keep our luggage on site for a little bit while we went on a food tour of the area. Such a fun neighborhood with tons of restaurants nearby! We would absolutely stay here again.

We were surprised to find the hotel behind a tiny door. Would have liked better info in advance showing what the door looked like and how to get in. Veronica was extremely helpful with planning g our short stay in Naples.

The good: They allowed an early check in when I arrived early and sick in Naples. The front desk person at check in was kind and did their best to be helpful. The bad: No working shower and no compensation or attempt to allow us to shower in another room or at another property they own (nextdoor). Morning staff was rude and unhelpful. Ownership made no attempt to reach out. We couldn’t even find anyone who worked there 90% of the time including at check out. The WiFi is non-existent. There were black streaks across the backs of both pillows (as though housekeeping noticed and just turned them over instead of changing them). And I can’t stress this enough - no working shower in our room. We were initially told it would be fixed by morning but come morning the only thing they said to us was to get out by 10:30 or be charged more. Unbelievable they did not feel responsible for providing the bare minimum- clean bed, working bathroom. Breakfast was subpar and we didn’t end up eating it.

Dear Davey, I'm Veronica, the front desk agent. Thank you for appreciating the early check-in and my availability. On all websites it is specified that our reception service is active until 7pm then we can be reached at any time for any emergency. In fact I personally came late in the evening to check the problem with the shower and hot water (which you were the only room to complain about). We personally showed you that there was hot water and you thanked us. You told us you were feeling unwell, we provided you with a thermometer and waited in case you needed anything else. The following morning you left directly leaving the keys without even confronting my colleague and without even entering the breakfast room (so how can you say it was subpar? And that the morning staff was rude?) We also found the shower used so shower was taken. We try to give our best every day. As for non-existent problems... we can't do anything about it. Our warmest regards.

Great stay in Naples
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. the check-in instructions were very clear and helpful especially as we had a late check-in (around midnight). The apartment was extremely spacious with two balconies and everything very clean and tidy. The breakfast provided was a great addition and very nice. The lady on reception was very friendly and made us coffee.

The bathroom and shower was very nice and the general upkeep of room was good with the exception of some paint on the walls that was scuffed. Room was was quite large. There was a desk, microwave and small refrigerator. Not for families.
