firist of all the hotel which you advertising is not existing,we arrived at 8 evening and we got taxi ,and than we went there,it was closed, than there was noticed and we changed and please go this address, we came to the address and we saw trouble hotel, poor service, 😡

Mediocre
Stayed in the spa suite and didn’t use the spa as it had knobs missing and was dirty. Check out was at 10am not 11. In a very sketch neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable though.

Great but
The restaurant was closed for the season, but the staff ordered us pizza and added cutlery and glasses and brought the food to our room. We paid for the meal at check out. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English. We chose the hotel based on their website and other reviews. The room was as advertised. Its a five minute drive to the airport. The neighborhood didn't appear to be desirable, but that is typical Naples.

Very dissatisfied, and the outside of the building looks terrible. Avoid getting locked in the car park (by the automatic gate) as you'll have to climb a 7 foot fence to get help. Very poor

The receptionist , a young lady checked us in, she was lovely. We were there for one night only. That night my husband d requested a wake up call for 4 am on the 17th as we were catching a 7 am flight No wake up call was made and when we left the room and looked for the front desk clerk to order a cab for us at 4.30 am. There was nobody there. We had to look for him, and found his sleeping g in the staff room On your website you display their property with a round bed and a 4 star property. That room is a one only suite at the hotel. We got a double bed room,which was ok but the surrounding ding area of the hotel is full it’s garbage on the street and very run down. The property does not warrant 4 stars. We were tempted to cancel the reservation and go elsewhere. It we would ha e to pay for one night Disappointed

Extremely dirty neighborhood. Trash everywhere in the streets. There are beautiful neighborhoods in Naples bur where this hotel is located is trashy, ghetto and I’d even say unsafe. Trash bin in the bathroom had not been changed at check in. We found hair on the sheet. A loose plastic cover was on the bed. The sofa was not even vacuumed and you could see debris and dust. Extremely disappointed. If Expedia rates this a 4 star hotel, then I feel very sorry for it. This hotel is not recommended if you are in Naples. Don’t be fooled by the posh pictures like I was a SB try to save money.

You advised this is a 4 star. It is lucky to be one star. Water leaking on hallway floor, tv did not work. Best thing about hotel was maid. She cooked cleaned and was very nice

The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean with a lovely character but as I said previously the staff are so friendly and because of this I would be happy to return anytime

Please give this place a miss....
I’m sorry, I don’t normally do reviews but the experience of this hotel was so horrendous I feel it is important to let others know that in. O way will this hotel live up to your expectations. If you are expecting a cheap close to airport hotel...it is neither. 11 Euro taxi ride away! If you are expecting great design, as that is in the title, it isn’t. If you are expecting a dark, seedy, unclean, uncomfortable room with unfriendly service and basic food, then this is for you. And the location is in the dirtiest, noisiest, polluted and potentially dangerous location far from any facilities that you may require, such as shops or restaurants. I will leave it to you....

One night not to be repeated
We booked the hotel because it is close to the airport which is probably the best thing that can be said for it. The hotel is well past its best, with décor that gives the appearance that the rooms are rented by the hour by ladies of a certain profession. The location is best described as rough and best only accessed by taxi after dark.

We picked this hotel as we needed quick access to the airport for an early flight. the location to the airport is fine but the area around the hotel is very seedy and unattractive. The lobby and rooms need redecorating - very strange wall coverings and colors. Bathroom was ok - but no cups or glasses. Walls very thin. Beds ok.

Overall the hotel was very clean. The walls are paper thin, but the staff is very kind and want to help. Naples as a whole is a dump, but this hotel was a nice break from the city.

There is no 24 hour shuttle to take you from the hoyel to the airpirt as advertised. They will call you a taxi. The photos shown to advertise the totel are not acurate at all. The hotel was creepy no one inside except for the front desk clerk. The phones were out at thr hotel the intetnet was not working as well as the elevator. I cobtacted exprdia whi O booked the hotel from abd they are still unable to het ahold of thr hotel for us for reiumbursement since we left witjout staying due to the above information. I do not revomend this hotel.

Not a nice experience at Kleopatra hotel
The air conditioning was dirty and let a lot of unclean air into the already stuffy room. The elevator was broken, - we had a disabled person in our party and this caused a lot of difficulty. The toilet seat was loose and worn and needed replacement for hygienic reasons.

We arrived late from the airport (around 11.45) and the night reception staff seemed quite confused about our booking. Eventually managed to find our reservation but only after having told us twice they were fully booked and having to ring someone to check. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable although the bed was a bit iffy (could feel springs until we put the duvet under us). Bathroom was ok but the shower tray didn't drain very well so short showers only. Was very cheap so can't complain and did the job.

Fit for purpose
Was in the vacinity of the airport which was ideal, and had a beautiful view of naples from the rooftop garde! The location was convinent but the area looked quite intimidating. We stayed in there, had some nice pasta, and a couple of drinks on the rooftop garden. The taxi booked through the hotel cost us 11 euro, which was agreed but the journey was worth about 5 Quite handy, but would give it a miss if you was visiting naples its self

close to the airport, OK for one night. I do not think they really have a chef at the 'restaurant'. We ordered pizza and it was actually delivered to the hotel from a pizza place down the road. The pizza was delish though

On the menù is wraited that the pizza is not from the hotel but is from the pizzeria close to the hotel.

Decent hotel in poor location, shabby exterior.
We were only staying one night & wanted to be close to airport for an early morning flight the next day. The surrounding area is super sketchy - didn't feel safe. Hotel exterior looked run down, scared to even go in. Once I entered, it wasn't what I expected. Inside it was modern and completely remodelled. Room was strangely padded (walls) and mirrors everywhere. Small but comfortable enough. Bathrooms very clean, along with towels and toiletries. Staff was gracious. Food in restaurant on rooftop (didn't feel safe walking anywhere outside of hotel for dinner) was marginal, at best. View was nice though. Other than one other couple, we didn't see anyone else at this hotel. We were literally the only couple. Won't stay here again - would rather spend more time to commute and stay in the city at a nicer hotel in a better area.

Avoid this airport hotel
When we arrived, the staff was pleasant and mildly helpful. The room was very small however with extremely thin walls that allowed all sounds from the hall and other rooms through. The bed was uncomfortable but not impossible to sleep on. There was nothing near to eat, so we had a bit of food in the room. In the morning, we woke to find a few large trails of ants throughout the hotel, on our clothing and bags. We left as quickly as we could. You're looking here because you want a hotel near Napoli Airport. None of them looked good, but this one definitely isn't worth your time or money.

Decent place if you need closeby airport... only.
We arrived after a nice trip in Italy, only as a way to stay closeby airport for early connection. The first room was infested with tiny bugs, perhaps ants, around headboard, a few elsewhere. We do not think bed bugs though. They actually got ON us. Then we got a new room, muchsmaller, no coffee pot, same price. Dinner tasted okay, but only one server, very slow. Overwhelmingly tasteless decor. One plus is staff who are kind and helpful.

Good stay at Kleopatra Hotel
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff, notably Luca, were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was good value and plentiful. Taxis always arrived at short notice, and the hotel staff helped us arrange for our transfer to the airport. I was not keen on the decor as it was very dark, and the lighting could have been better.

Not a 4 star hotel
Fairly certain this hotel doubles as a brothel. The area is sketchy - to the point that our cab drivers laughed at our drop off location. The hotel attempts to upcharge you every way possible, so be sure to minimize your use of their services. We stayed for one night before an early flight, and it was fine for that purpose, but I would certainly not stay longer. It's definitely not the four stars it advertises.

We picked this hotel because of the proximity to the airport. Check in was fine but when we returned from checking out Pompeii our ceiling was leaking. When I told the front desk they tried blaming me for having the air conditioning on. We have never had an AC make any room leak before so I was frustrated with the response. They were able to put us in another room that didn't have blankets on the bed. The AC in this room didn't work and eiTher did the water. At this point we had only 5 hours till we left for our flight home or I would have asked for a refund. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I felt this hotel's best asset was that it was only .7 miles from the airport. Other than that i was completely disappointed with the area of town. My hotel room was tiny and I inquired about a larger room. The reply was less than favorable. For a night prior to a flight and you need rest, this hotel works.

The best hotel in Naples
What a fantastic hotel. We had the best service and staff. The hotel rooftop is unbelievable. We were able to see the sunset and eat some amazing pizza. We had a blast!
