Great hotel
It was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms large and clean. There's a tennis complex 500m from hotel. Nice place.

American Hotel review !
It is one of the best Hotels that I've stayed at! The room was really big and very clean and comfortable! Their restaurant was was beyond 4 star service their Chef is one of the best in the world so was the head waiter named Luca! I will definitely come back and I recommend this Hotel 100%

It was a big, spacious room in good condition. Hallway carpet needs replacing. Area was out of the way but room was a good deal.

I stayed at the American hotel a few times and it is due to business I need to carry out in the area. The neighbourhood is scary though and would not advise tourists to go around there. The staff is lovely, polite and a true pleasure to deal with. The hotel, however, is dated. The rooms are extremely basic and definitely not worth the full price of the hotel. The bed and bedding is not adequate and lighting in the room is awfully dim. Furniture in the room looks is old and damaged. I expected the food to be extremely good but I was disappointed. Dishes are very salty and on the mediocre side. You would expect a little bit more from any place that is in Italy. A Turkish place in England cooks better Italian food. All in all, If you need to stay in the area, it is a clean place to stay and the staff is lovely so I would recommend it but it is not a hotel that otherwise should be visited or stayed at.

Hotel has good facilities and clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast is nothing special and dinner is terrible, they don;t have a menu.

You need a car to stay there. It is in the middle of car dealers area and industrial companies. no transportation, no store nothing. from the room you have a view on tons of broken cars. you can't walk any where. convenient if you want to drive to Pompeii or Vesuvio. the hotel is meant for groups in buses. very nice bedrooms. large and comfortable. tiny and not super clean bathroom. the person at the reception was very helpful and nice. 3 stars if don t mind the disgusting area. you need to be a good driver.

El hotel no esta nada mal, el desayuno es potente y las habitaciones están limpias, además parking gratis en el hotel. Lo único es que le falta una mano de pintura y renovación, que creo que ya estaba en marcha.

Je dirais plus un hôtel 3 étoiles que 4, chambre propre, pas trop de bruit. Par contre si vous arriviez tard ou que vous sortez et que vous rentrer tard, pas de places dans le parking et donc vous êtes obligé de trouver une place ailleurs

Prima hotel op de verkeerde plek
Prima hotel. Nette kamers, iets te warm. Omgeving is echt om te huilen. Pas op voor taxichauffeurs, doordat je 500 meter buiten Napels zit betaal je een dubbel tarief. Dit werd ook bevestigd door het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Vraag bij het ontbijt naar hartig beleg, anders zit je alleen maar aan de jam.

Pur essendo un 4 stelle dall'esterno non fa una buona impressione e la prima camera che ci hanno dato non era da 4 stelle. Cmnq poi ci hanno offerto una camera piu grande e piu confortevole. I ragazzi della reception molto gentili e premurosi. La colazione è buona e abbondante. Il prezzo conveniente. Ma non fatevi ingannare dalle foto su Booking...

Trovo alquanto scorretto che uno prenota nella citta di Pozzuoli e sentirsi dire il giorni prima del cambiamento dell albergo senza specificare ché il nuovo si trovi a Napoli. E dopo sentirsi che il taxi per andare in centro a Pozzuoli costa di piu perché sono due comuni diversi. Trovo pure scorretto che hotels.com non si informi prima se l albergo sia aperto o chiuso.

Fue para hacer noche en Napoles , veniamos de Sorrento para Roma y esta muy apartado de Napoles, pero tiene parking, desayuno incluido y el staff es muy amable.

Purtroppo gran parte di quello che Expedia specificava nella descrizione dell’hotel non è stato veritiero!!! Vi conviene chiamare l’hotel che decidete di prenotare per vedere se la Descrizione e i servizi sono reali L’albergo non è fornito di piscina ne tanto meno di uno spazio esterno per potersi sedere a fumare una sigaretta o bere un semplice caffè!! Dovevamo stare seduti sui gradini di ingresso se volevamo prendere un po’ d’aria o stare in compagnia!!!! L’hotel avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovato nelle parti comuni. Cosa sgradevole l’odore di muffa appena si entrava!!! Le camere a mio dire sono spaziose, ma Anche su questo ho da reclamare visto che, sempre stando a quanto scritto su Expedia, tutte erano dotate di balcone!!! Tranne le nostre!!!!! L’hotel è veramente fuori mano!!! non ci si può spostare con i mezzi visto che non si sa ne se passano e ne a che ora passano!!! Per fortuna abbiamo noleggiato la macchina altrimenti avremmo dovuto fare una vacanza chiusi dentro 4 mura!!!! Gli unici punti a favore sono il personale, Molto cordiale e sempre disponibile e la piscina di un altro hotel dove ci hanno mandato visto che loro non l’avevano... Ma anche qui se non avevamo la macchina non ci saremmo potuti andare visto la distanza tra i due hotel!! La colazione dolce buona, ma per chi ama il salto purtroppo poco varia!

Personale garbato e professionale, pulizia della Camera ottima, colazione completa varia ed in grado fino alla chiusura di soddisfare tutta la clientela al completo. Il fatto di trovare delle bottigliette d'acqua naturali e gassate in frigo in camera a titolo gratuito é una ulteriore nota positiva nei confronti dell' hotel American.

abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel (siamo una famiglia di 4 persone) dal 12 al 20 agosto . si trova in periferia di Pozzuoli (quindi posto molto tranquillo) ma in una posizione molto strategica per visitare Napoli e dintorni. E' a 5 minuti di auto dalla Cumana e dalla stazione ferroviaria Campi Flegrei da dove in pochissimo tempo si puo' raggiungere il capoluogo campano senza dover usare l'auto. sia il personale della reception che (sopratutto) quello di sala si sono veramente dimostrati molto professionali e gentili.l 'hotel ha tutto cio 'che si puo' chiedere per una serena vacanza.veramente tutto ok! da ritornare assolutamente in caso di ulteriore visita in quei luoghi!
