Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
GOT SCAMMED! DO NOT BOOK. Arrived there and the person said the location was at “Napoli Airport” when it clearly wasn’t. Then ask me to pay 55€ extra because they “listed the price wrong” and additional 22€ for city tax after they lied about the location even though I was at the right location provided on Expedia. They gave me instructions to check in but want me to pay 77€ on the spot or get a refund and leave immediately. I chose to leave instead and inform them that it was not my fault they listed the price wrong. After I left, they refuse to refund me my money cause they already let me “check in” to the room. Even though they said they will refund me if I left.

The room itself was updated and clean. The neighborhood was pretty dirty and loud. The “city view” was the building across the street. The “balcony” was a ledge. We booked last minute so had not received instructions to get in the building or the room. You have to communicate with What’s app. They told me I had not paid and wanted money transfer. I had receipt from hotels.com then she found I had paid. The tax is not collected by 3rd party so you need cash or do a money transfer for that portion. The elevator did not work. WiFi had saved password but didn’t work. Breakfast was a packaged croissant and a cracker with jelly. It’s inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Description pretty misleading. Once we got in contact the host was pretty responsive.
