"Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. TV had many apps and allowed streaming from your own device so entertainment wasn't an issue. Plenty of parking onsite and the laundry facilities are good. There's no onsite food options, although there's fast food a few hundred metres away. Housekeeping is hit and miss, might be okay for a short stay, but I was there for a month and frequently had to go to reception to ask for coffee refills, toilet paper, water etc. and room wasn't cleaned....

"Stay here often when I come to Melbourne for family events and it’s always a pleasant experience. It’s an excellent location, lots of things around that you need like public transport, supermarket and a pub on your doorstep. The employees at the front desk are outstanding! They are always very efficient, knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. And…… the beds are so good!"

"Breakfast was included only to be told they dont do a Sunday breakfast and the Cafe they normally work with down the road is closed on Sundays. The bathrooms need renovating. Very tired and pokey. Rooms clean and well present, safe where good."

"Is a little dated but quite serviceable. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The folding shower screen seems to swing inwards though and needed something jammed under it to stay in the closed position so it didn't touch my back while showering"

"Efficient clean small hotel room with mini kitchen and laundry with comfortable bed. I looked forward to the balcony but my first floor balcony had 6' walls around it, in an alley without any sunlight , and had a neighbouring bright security light and camera on it so felt more like a prison yard.. I was disappointed that the pictures online showed a bar/food type area for socializing and there was none where I stayed. No resto/bar on site but some provisions (chips, pop, bottles) were on sale...

"Onsite parking for a fee but secure. Staff were lovely. The room however was dirty. Hair in the shower drain and needed a good clean. Not impressed. In the kitchen if you have the kettle on and plug in laptop (which is what we did) it trips the fuse and you have no power. Not good. Luckily we were only there for one night. The coffee machine in reception is good however again, not cleaned properly. "
