"I enjoyed my stay here and appreciated having a quiet room at the end of the hallway. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, although I initially had a little trouble finding it. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a refrigerator and an electric kettle for preparing hot beverages. Like many hotels today, housekeeping is not provided daily, but the towel replacement and trash collection system worked very smoothly. I did not purchase breakfast, so I cannot comment on the food. However, the hotel provided complimentary coffee, hot beverages, iced tea, and lemon water on the 13th floor lobby area throughout the day, which was a nice touch. The only reason I rated the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is that, unlike most Japanese hotels I have stayed in, there were no coffee or tea packets available in the room. To get my morning coffee, I had to use the beverage machine on the 13th floor. Since my room was on the 5th floor and the hotel has only two small elevators, this sometimes meant waiting during the busy morning period when guests were heading to breakfast or leaving for the day. Other than that minor inconvenience, I had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff spoke some English and were always friendly, helpful, and accommodating with my questions and requests."

"Excellent service, special thank you to Rabina from Bell captain. She came to help us when our room air conditioner had problem. She helped us to moved to another room too. Very helpful young lady! Thank you, Rabina! Over all the hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained and attention to details! The staffs are polite and professional! Our room also very clean , spacious, great amenities, and the great location! Across from the train station. I think I couldn't ask for more. The Breakfast is outstanding! The best! We enjoyed our stay very much! We will be back ! Highly recommend Nikko Hotel if you are visiting Kanazawa! You would not be disappointed! Sincerely, The Fitzgeralds."

"Travelled as a family of 4. We used family bath and public bath. Kids enjoyed the experience. Staff was really kind and patient with us and presented their services with exceptional professionalism. Room was very spacious and extremely clean. It was not noisy at all although Expedia mentioned noise. Some staff are multi lingual. We are English/Japanese bilingual family so didn’t need any translation but seemed very helpful with other foreign tourists. A bit more expensive than other hotels but we felt it was well worth the stays with so much more they have to offer and comfort that we have got."
