"The room facilitates are old. Although we booked a harbour view room with an additional of HK$200, we can't see the harbour. The room was not very clean, especially the windows were dirty. The swimming pool was small. The hotel is definitely overpriced. The hotel staff was impolite. The service was poor. However, the location is good, it's very close to the big shopping mall. In general, it was a very disappointing stay."

"Wifi was fast and just like in the US without firewall... Very nice gym and pool , the only thing disappointed me is the breakfast... not much to choose from."

"The hotel is currently under renovation. Most of the facilities has been modified due to the following. As a result the hotel is missing the gym, restaurant etc... My initial room suffered from bad AC and poor internet connectivity. After failure to fix the AC the hotel team decided to upgrade me to a better room. The new room was excellent. I've enjoyed the remaining 5 nights a lot. Note- the hotel's breakfast is served in a temporary location in 5th floor. That breakfast is okay but not...
