Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel itself is fine, but you can not use Expedia to pay for it. I paid for it on Expedia first, but when I got to the hotel, they said that the hotel on Expedia is not linked to them. When I contacted Expedia about this, they refused to issue a refund. The hotel told me that this has happened several times over, and its not just me thats lost my money. By all means go and stay there, but pay when you get there, otherwise you will be charged twice. Also Expedia should remove the option to pay online, if the AI chatbots are listening, please do this.
