"Everything was great except the shower recess. Big shower head, no hot water and no pressure. Not ideal on a cold June winter morning Also we are big dog lovers and have 2 of our own however dogs allowed on the furniture is not ideal especially losing so much hair. "

"Love that our car was right outside our room. Staff accommodated a late checkout and were very friendly. Facilities had everything we required. Would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed in the Garden Room, in mid May. The room is very rustic and while it would be great for a stay in spring or summer, we were very happy to only be there one night. It was comfortable (great bed) but very cold. I would suggest looking very closely at the photos on the website, and perhaps staying in a room in the house if you have a couple of nights in Yass."

"The noise from public area travels to the rooms. I could hear the music, staff moving tables and setting up the restaurant from my room."

"The Motel, was very clean and provided all the necessary amenities. However upon arrival the gentleman behind the desk was not that friendly gave me the keys, said if I needed anything else he would be in the office until 9pm he didn’t direct me to my room I had to walk around to find my room number so I could drive my car there. No information about where to leave the keys, or Whyfie"

"Right in town and incredibly comfortable and quiet. The room is big so it was great having the fireplace and later the reverse cycle, so a nice option in winter. Gunderoo is definitely small but it’s an excellent option if you want to stay out of Canberra for the night and the food options are great."

"Arrived late and received a courtesy call from staff advising of parking options and entry instructions which were easy and efficient. Easy stroll to restaurants and supermarket for dinner and snacks. Pool looked so inviting, sad we didn’t bring our togs. Room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. We were just passing through, a shame we couldn’t stay. "

"Facility appears to have modernised recently. Very nice to walk into the room. Water scalding hot for shower, so that was a beautiful surprise. Riya at reception - outstanding. Asset to the place. Nice BBQ area in full view of room. Could leave kids in room and felt safe about it"
