"Pros: location is in Seomyeon no lack of food choices all around the hotel. There’s cafe and convenience store right at level 1. Clean and spacious, TV is smart and comes with Netflix, Youtube, Disney Plus app etc. Cons: centralized aircon system = need to open window for ventilation. However the design of windows in bathroom means it is very cold when you head to showers. Also, there’s a lot of nightlife activities way into the early morning 3-4am so opening window also means you need to be prepared for the noise coming from the street. I suppose if you stay at this hotel in the summer where AC is self-controlled it will be a 5-star stay."

"Everything was amazing from a big breakfast to nearby shopping, rooms were great . And the staff went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed. "

"Very nice accommodations and courteous staff. They were all kind and eager to help. Our 2 rooms experienced cooling issues and were a little warm a couple of nights, but not bad, especially since it was cool outside. There was a little difficulty explaining this to lobby attendants due to the language barrier, but they quickly connected me with someone by phone that communicated in English easily. We enjoyed the location as well."

"Big size room than I expected, clean, close to pretty much everything, restaurants, beach, sky capsule & train, subway station. Taxi is accessible just outside the hotel. "

"Room was ok. Can improve on the cleaning as there were some hairs in the bathroom and on the towels. The air conditioning didn’t work, so it was always very hot in the room. On a good note, the staff are helpful, and there are some great massage chairs in the reception area. "
