We loved the central location of this hotel. It was quiet, clean and the breakfast buffet was amazing. There were two stations within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Modern spacious hotel with great amenities. I was given free drink tickets and a 2 PM checkout. Our flight was delayed one whole day and they were extremely responsive. There’s a Family Mart attached that is fully stocked most of the time.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel. It was in a very convenient location with direct access to Shinjuku station via underground passage and in close proximity to the Central Shopping Area. It also gave us a clear view of the light show on the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. However, there were a few minor issues with the room. Although we specifically requested for a non-smoking room, the room slightly smelled like smoke throughout our two night stay. The blanket and bed sheets were also very thin and slid off very easily.
