"Great location if you’re visiting Hyotan Onsen etc. En-suite showers are a little small, and the hot water isn’t very hot (which is strange for a hotel with a hot spring). Not a big deal though because you could just go downstairs and shower in the on site hot spring. The Rooms had a great view of the city and the sea. Overall pretty decent place."

"This property has no staff onsite. So you have no ability to leave luggage before check in or after checkout, so you have to use the lockers at the train station. Email on entry was confusing and required a call. I observed similar struggles with other guests. Checkin is all via keypad. Room was a nice size, had a kitchen, and sitting area (cushions were stained). Location to the train station was nice, but it is not bar any hot springs or other attractions. "

"The hotel itself is in a great location with amazing services and teams. The room we stayed in was nice and big and was restocked when needed. I definitely like that we need to take our shoes off at the entrance and the entire hotel is covered in tatami mats!
