"This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! Amazing view of the mountains. The cottage was spacious, warm, beautifully presented and had all the amenities as described. The reception staff were so friendly and were able to help us with a few questions in English. They even gave us a mobile phone so we could call them from the cottage if required. I wish we stayed longer!! "

"Stay was amazing ! Mr Fukushima was so kind - he helped us with discounted lift tickets, picked us up from the train station and took us grocery shopping. Location was right at the Iwatake gondola. Please note the unit is in traditional Japanese style - sleeping on the floor with Japanese pillows (very different to western pillows). Highly recommend !"

"新しくとてもキレイで、環境も良く使いやすかったです。1階にダブルルームとツインルーム、2階にダブルルーム。シャワー、トイレも1階と2階の両方にあり便利でした。エアコンはないですが、扇風機と涼風機は各部屋にありました。キッチン用品も必要最低限はあり、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、トースター、コーヒーポット等揃っていて、炊飯器もあったので助かりました。キッチンペーパー、ラップ、ホイル、食洗機と洗濯機の洗剤や、蚊取り線香、BBQセット等あって、気が利いてます！！ただ、和食器がなかったのが残念。ごはん茶碗とお碗がなかったことだけが不便でした。。。 それ以外は満点の素晴らしい施設です！"

"窓口の対応が迅速で丁寧。貸別荘の運営だけでなく、別荘近くにある受付にはおしゃれなレストランが併設されているため、ピザやサラダの配達もお願いでき、到着当日も家族でゆっくり。別荘横に併設されていたテントで手軽に家族でバーベキューが楽しめるように、炭から食材までお願いすると配達してくださるので至れり尽くせりでした。キッチンも充実しており、小ぶりでしたが食器洗い機もあって助かりました。重厚なログハウスの別荘内もゆったりで．ダイニング、リビング、４つの寝室に広めのバスルーム、洗濯室もあるので、3世代３家族小さな子供連れでしたが、おかげさまで皆がそれぞれ休暇を楽しめました。また伺いたいと思います。乾燥機がうまく働かなかったのだけは残念でしたので、次回までに是非調子が良くなっているように望みます。素敵な夏休みになりました。ありがとうございました！"
