"The first room smelled like sewage sadly, I reported it and the front staff promptly put me in the new room and it was nice and clean, no issues- Iโm suspecting some old pipes maybe? But other than that, I really appreciated their hearty breakfast menu option you can add, they seemed more thoughtfully prepared than what you would expect from breakfast buffet- Staffs are cordial, nice and helpful :)) The big bath area is a very nice addition - I do wish it smelled more like Hinoki and wondered how long those balls have been in the bath- it didnโt really have much scents- but itโs clean, great amount of amenities. I will return :)) "

"Wonderful hotel where all room are unique and filled with our favorite artists installations everywhere! Food is amazing as well! Vegetarian options are available for breakfast ( Japanese style bento box food) We stayed at Jasper Morrisonโs wood box room (fantastic!) and joined free art tour. The stuff is very nice and explained us about behind stories of each art."
