"Very very nice view from the room and overall very peacefull location."

"The staff were amazing; they all went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Right till we had to leave for the airport. Because we had a late flight, they shuffled room assignments to allow use to have a late checkout, so as to not have to spend long hours at the airport."

"Views were amazing, wonderful patio to sit and enjoy the sun, staff were very attentive, room was spacious and clean, hot shower, comfortable bed and heat in the room. Nice restaurant and tasty food."

"Lovely hotel, staff super friendly and kind"

"We ended up having to extend our stay due to illness and the staff (particularly the two ladies at the front desk) were super helpful and flexible. The food was very good, including room service which we used a lot as we recovered. The location is very nice as are the views. The staff were also great with housekeeping items such as tissues and water. Our only minor issue was with the state of the shower / tub as it is due for a refresh. But, overall, very minor. Highly recommend this hotel.."

"Very gorgeous room, Friendly staff, Very good place for family. Only winter season some time hot water problem."

"Friendly staff, clean room, peaceful vibe, overall I had a great experience."

"Nice room, the transport service from the airport to the hotel in the middle of the night was incredible, the breakfast was made to order, and the hotel manager even helped me to transfer to my next hotel"

"スタッフの対応はよかったです。しかし、施設の機器類などに大きな改善点があります。総じてコストパフォーマンスに合わないと感じました。"

"Absolutely enjoyed the stay. Food was good and staffs were friendly and helpful "

"Sunning views & property with an incredible staff! We did a quick one night getaway and was such a worthwhile experience for our trip to Nepal. Highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable time seeing the Himalayas."

"They don't know anything how to run hospitality business . totally disappointed with their service"

"I thought the staff was great, but this area and location is a bit rough, so you may face some cold nights and lack some creature comforts. I stayed 4 nights, which may have been two too many as there really wasn’t a whole lot to do at night. Still the day hiking was nice and the hotel restaurant was nice. "

"部屋は清潔だった。 スタッフの方は親切でとても良い。 ルーフトップはメンテナンスがされて無い。"

"I booked my stay at serene resort online, approximately 4-5 days in advance, using an online travel company. I called approximately one hour before arriving at the hotel for my scheduled stay and the manager told me he canceled my reservation. The manager had very limited Ability to communicate in English. I arrived to the resort only to discover the manager refused to rent me a room and said he canceled my reservation. He then sent me to another hotel where I had to pay for a room. The next...

"Absolutely no view of any mountains while I was here (wrong time of year?). Dining was better just down the road. Internet didn’t work. Nothing much to do or see. "

"If you like to have your own quiet time this is the place. The Hotel owner and the manager (suraj) was very nice and very cooperative. Though the property does not have any Room heater we managed the cold night with 2 blankets! WiFI was really good and phone signal was fine. The hotel was on the valley and beautiful view. We have enjoyed our stay."
