Room is clean, we had very peaceful sleep. The breakfast buffet is excellent food and variety. Our check in was very late at 1 am but the front desk gentleman is very helpful, in providing where to park and is welcoming to my daughter and me. Chisun Grand Nagano
We had a good sized corner room which had a lovely view and we could watch the trains going by. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.
