近くに市場食堂があり楽しみました。

ボイラーが故障してお湯が出ないトラブルが残念でした。 しかし近所の温泉を無料サービスして戴きました。　対応は良かったです。

たまたま運が悪かったのか、チェックイン時のフロントの職員がなっていない。 ホテルズドットコムて支払い済みなのに、チェックイン時、危うく払わされそうになった。 「明日の朝、宅急便を出せますか？」と尋ねたところ、「今日出してください」との返事。これは一体何？今日出したら、宿泊に必要なものが手元になくなる！ 挙げ句の果て「隣りのみかん屋に行ってください」。みかん屋さんに確認したら「うちは扱いません」。 翌朝チェックアウト時の別の職員は普通。まあ。鍵を受け取るだけだからかも。

サイトで朝食が無料でついているこのように表示があったがついてなかったのが紛らわしい。従業員の対応も素っ気なかった。 メール送られてきたホテルの地図の誤表示があり 行くのにずいぶん遠回りして疲れたのと不快だった。潮岬の田舎だからなおすのに時間がかかるとの説明もどうかと思う。

心地よい宿

部屋は清潔で、ユニットバスも使いやすかったです。 那智勝浦駅から近く、バス停や港へのアクセスも良かったです。 フロントの方が、とても親切で、周辺の観光について、色々教えてくれました。 心地よい宿です。

Nice hotel

Hotel Charmant is centrally located in this little town in Kii-Katsuura, very close to stations and the harbour. Has everything we need for staying and transit to popular spots like Nachisan. The breakfast is nice. I enjoyed the two nights stay this time.

駅近くで駐車場は無料でとても便利だと思います。 周りの商店街にはマグロの店がたくさんあります。市場もあります。 建物自体は古いですが、部屋の中は清潔感ありで、トイレやお風呂は新しくなっていて綺麗。シャワーヘッドも良かったです！！ フロントの方も地元のお母さん！って感じで親しみやすく親切な方でした。

The location is good, and the staff is friendly. Room is clean and big (compare to other places we tried in Japan) Just our room is beside a shopping street so feel a little bit noisy until all the shops closed.

女ひとりで那智の滝観光

和歌山市に仕事に来たついでに、那智の滝がみたくて、一泊しました。 夜遅く21時過ぎに到着しましたが、駅近くで迷わずに行けました。 フロント対応も良く、翌日の那智観光もスムーズに出来るように、テキパキと案内していただき助かりました。 朝食も、美味しかったです。

Curioso hotel con encanto

Hay pocos hoteles en Katsura pero este tenia, como bien indica su nombre, su encanto y pagué un poco más para alojarme. La estructura del hotel es curiosa: la recepción y "comedor" se encuentra separado de la zona de habitaciones. Me pareció divertido acceder a la habitación con llave y no con las actuales tarjetas electrónicas. El staff es muy amable, me recibió un chico joven con un inglés más o menos aceptable y me explicó todas las opciones de turismo de la zona (básicamente la zona de Nachi Falls). Cuando volví y por la mañana había una mujer mayor, también muy amable, que, con su sonrisa y atención, suplía sin problemas el no hablar inglés. El desayuno no es buffet pero muy completo y sabroso. Las habitaciones son increiblemente grandes en relación con los que te encuentras en Japón. En este viaje de un mes fue, con diferencia, el de mayor tamaño. Las noches eran muy tranquilas y silenciosas. Me sorprendió la pantalla en vertical para poner imagenes relajantes. Es verdad que el acceso a la zona de habitaciones al hotel no estaba muy controlado pero no importaba ya que este pueblo costero era muy tranquilo. No os asustéis al ver la puerta de la habitación abierta después del check in, no hay nadie dentro. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel, se tiene que pagar un poco más respecto a las demás opciones, pero creo que vale realmente la pena. Esta muy bien ubicado muy cerca de la estación.
