From the moment our cab pulled up the staff were very attentive and helpful, including a very informative concierge and porter who were willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. "The hotel is located in a very practical location, it has good connections to many places in Tokyo and it’s easy to walk around in Shibuya area from the hotel. It is directly connected to the Shibuya station. Excellent location for first timers in Tokyo! Breakfast offered several options also for vegetarians and the omelets were very delicious. Amazings views from the room, we had views to Tokyo Tower. Room was also spacious in Tokyo standard. In general, the hotel was very clean and fresh. "

"The hotel is at the far end (away from Shibuya station) of the upscale Miyashita Park mall. It's at a corner that passes through to the Shibuya Scramble side of the tracks. Lobby/reception is on the second floor. The accessible room was a good size for Tokyo. Bathroom was large with a low ceiling. Mattress on a platform. Complimentary toiletries available in the lobby. Comfortable and convenient with a modern Japanese feel. "
