"The staff felt a bit dry and unwelcoming when we first arrived. Overall, the property was just OK. When we got to the room it was clean and the view was nice, but the window was dirty which made it hard to fully enjoy looking out. The bathroom was very small and the water pressure in both the shower and sink was very low. The shower never really got hot—it stayed between warm and cool the entire time. The AC unit was also very loud and kept waking us up throughout the night. Parking is also an additional $20 per day. Overall, for the amount we paid for two nights, the stay felt overpriced for the experience we had."

"The rooms are very run down, in need of updating the bathroom, the flooring, the locks on the door. supply hangars , and kleenex , it seems like a small request, but these things mean alot! The pool area was beautiful and the landscape around the pool beautiful. They should put more care into the rooms, just felt uncomfortable and not sure clean??? "

"We loved that the hotel was close enough to walk to town but without the crowds of being directly on 5th ave. It's a very pretty hotel with nice touches, e.g. beach chairs, towels and courtesy shuttle to beach as well as in room water each day, decent breakfast and peaceful. Microwave and refrigerator in room. However, no gym. You can get a day pass to a wellness center about a 20 min walk away but it's less convenient. Also, the front desk was woefully understaffed upon check-in and no bell service. Pool is small and near parking lot. For the price, you do get value for your money. If Capri had a gym onsite we'd stay there again."
