Top Mystic - New London Hotel Reviews

Mystic Marriott Hotel and Spa

10/10 Excellent

"Friendly staff and very clean accommodations. Only one outlet between the two beds, which made it hard for each of us to charge our phones at the same time. Also, my laptop charger kept falling out of that outlet."

Cedar Park Whirlpool Suites

8/10 Good

"The first room we were put in had many issues. It reeked of smoke, the TV kept messing up and the tub was steadily leaking water from the faucet. We called the desk and they immediately put us in a new room and everything was good. No smell, the whirlpool was amazing and the TV worked perfectly. The staff was very accommodating."

Hilltop Inn and Suites, near Foxwoods Casino

8/10 Good

"It was great, staff were amazing genuinely love the customer service and attitude, super nice and gave tour place recommendations as well as brochures provided in lobby!! Also serves breakfast~ and definitely recommend visiting the Olde Mystic Village 10 mins from here. But I will admit, it was a bit uncomfortable due to some bugs flying everywhere and sadly no toothbrush/toothpaste nor slippers like other 3 stars I’ve experienced. Our towels specifically had black spots on it T — T"
