"The room was clean and ready when I arrived which was a bit earlier than check-in allowed, but I called in advance to see if they could accommodate my earlier arrival time. They made no guarantees but said it shouldn't be a problem, which it wasn't. The staff was so friendly. Safe area. I texted the number provided for coffee in the morning, and it was delivered right to my room- they even included ice like I requested, but wasn't sure if they had it. Amazing experience. "The staff was very curtious and the breakfast was even better than expected. It was well stocked and had lots of options. The pool and hot tub were great!! My one complaint is that the entire place could use a very good vacuuming. Most floors and all stairs were very dirty. Our room was also not as clean as I would prefer, but everything worked well and we very much enjoyed our stay."
