"Very clean, comfy beds, big room. The front staff was super friendly and helpful. Was really close to Mohegan Sun, where we went for a concert.
We missed the little breakfast buffet, cause it was over by 9:30 but plenty plenty of places to grab breakfast in the area. Really nice place for the price - especially if you don’t wanna stay at the casinos, Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. "

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Norwich! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The only downside was that our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Aside from that, everything else was amazing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again."
"This was the nicest Best Western that we ever stayed in. Very clean. No smell what so ever in the whole place. Even the towels had no detergent smell. And my sister is very sensitive to smells and use to staying in high end places. Best of all: great mattresses and pillows. Good breakfast selections. Pleasant employees. Great place to stay and close to everything in Mystic."
