Family stayed at Mysuru for 2 nights and 3 days. our stay was very comfortable. Over the years service and food has declined.

The stay was very unpleasant and the room had not been dusted at all. Water was leaking from the tap as well as the shower drain area which made the bathroom wet. Entire staff was super busy but no attempt was made to address our concerns. Exorbitantly priced and completely no value for money. Would never recommend this property to anyone. Much better to book a home stay or small hotel which offers personalized service at much better cost. The booking made via Expedia showed different conditions to what the front desk office at the hotel said. It was very confusing. Would not stay here again.

Not the best experience, but not bad
Had booked business class hotel. This has a separate check-in on the 4th floor and you need to be escorted there. I waited around 10 minutes for someone to take me up there. Weirdly check-out cannot be done there so it's very confusing. The first night there was no water in the sink or shower. Next morning rusty water came out for a bit and then it started working. Overall not so great. In-room dining however was quick, good, and inexpensive. Breakfast is fairly good. Great location.

Best place to stay in Mysore.
The hotel is a great go to place for my stay needs. It has pretty much everything I need. Location is great, the amenities are great. The view from some of the rooms are also great. Business class rooms have a separate lounge area for meals etc. The best part are some of the staff members. They make it very pleasant for you. This is the main reason I return time and time again. This time around I need t highlight a gentleman by the name of Melvin. He was taking care of us at the business class rooms on level 4.

Check-in staff not great. They don’t respect people waiting in the line. They just take the ones walking up to them directly. However Staff in food area was very nice. Also, outdoor breakfast area had crazy amount of flies and crows eating leftovers out of plates. That is really disgusting given the amount of money we pay for the rooms in the hotel.

Been staying at this property for few years, however lately it’s showing signs of aging with no maintenance. Given the location and lack of any alternatives, this is still our preferred choice. Would have been great if hygiene - flies all over the dining area - is improved and property maintained.

Great view, room was sub par.
For the price, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. The couch had disgusting stains. The water in the shower did not drain and kept flowing out. The hair dryer did not work. The ironing board fell apart the minute we tried to use it. Corridors smelled like cigarettes. The smell of food as soon as you enter the lobby was off putting.

My room had multiple issues such as bathroom faucets not working properly, telephone not working. Breakfast in the only hotel restaurant was cery disappointing. According to the hotel staff 250 people were crammed into a space that could only accommodate 150 people. Breakfast quality and variety was not good.

Very Clean, super reception & front desk staffs (especially our family receptionist Mr. Cfan Raj is helping nature with respectful manner) and all staffs are customer friendly, big rooms for family, hill view, amazing breakfast, tasty lunch, yummy dinner, beautiful swimming pool, front view was so beautiful. We like the entrance staffs are very active and giving respects, open our car doors, helping for carrying our bags. Much appreciated. The property is nice and the food was very good - with choices. The Check-in Staff took too long to check us in. They Staff at the Hotel could not enforce a NO SMOKING policy - Occupants of a room were smoking with their DOOR wide Open and stinking the entire corridor. The Staff were UNABLE or UNWILLING to tell the offending Guest to either Not smoke - or smoke so that it does not stink up the entire corridor.

I liked the hotel in general. What I didn't like was, the hotel is in Mysore, which represent the culture and tradition of the place, but the way the staff was dressed, and food, especially breakfast, doesn't represent that tradition or show the culture of real Mysore. They are all dressed in black jackets and the food mostly includes cereals and stale pastries and some Indian breakfast. I think Indian restaurants in US makes better Dosas than them being in Mysore. I was greatly disappointed because I was expecting good authentic Indian breakfast and staff in nice saris for ladies and dothis for gents to show off the Mysorean trandition. They were all in grim black dresses. That is really weird and sad.
