"As first time travellers to Palm Cove we had high expectations but disappointed at the Aging of the Peppers Resort. Overall the resort is good but needs work and upgrades. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you have difficulties with climbing stairs then choose a room with a lift or other."

"5 stars all round you guys honestly earnt it, the reception lady (sorry for not remembering your name) for check in was very friendly and informative and made sure it was known we could just come see her with any question or any needs for our room, we had room 3102, it was truly a home away from home, as our family walked in it was clean and tidy even through the rush of early check in which we greatly appreciate you guys making sure it was ready for us. Loved the open kitchen full of utensils fancy and both rooms set up so well and the washing machine and dryer amazing then right out our back door was a very nice spa and pool area which looked even better at night, we also tried the palm cove tavern food was really nice everything was pricy but truly did level out price for quality and was worth it in the end so to me 5 stars are definitely earnt hands down thank so much to you all for such a great stay a home away from home"

"A lovely apartment with a beach view. Very convenient having a washer and dryer in the apartment. Pool and spa very nice. Garden very well maintained. Occasionally noisy because it is on a bus route, but otherwise in a very quiet residential area. Only a few minutes drive from the supermarket.. Had a problem with the toaster which was quickly sorted out. The property has recently changed hands and the new owners are still finding their feet. It would have been nice to have had a personal welcome instead of receiving notifications through email. However, as my Husband and I are older we do not like this impersonal way of communication which is the norm these days. We would certainly redcommemd this property."
