Enjoy the service upon arrival, it'll be the last

The welcome upon arrival promises excellent service but alas that is where it ended. Jacuzzi provided outside the room doesn't work and despite waiting and waiting for maintenance, nobody ever appeared. Frankly no one cared! Kostas was particularly rude. Access at night is very difficult from the town. Guests pooled together to make arrangements when the hotel said they could do nothing. Private transfer to the airport carried another person from the hotel as well....

Staff is very help full. The property is beautiful but they overcharge for everything. I found charging 120 Euros per night for an additional person excessive as the only additional expense would be breakfast. Love the ambiance....

True 5 star hotel

The hotel is beautiful. The bedroom was large and well appointed. The bathroom was gorgeous. An outstanding breakfast was included. There are multiple pools but only one is available to most guests. They are walking distance to a beach which has free sunbeds and umbrellas. (Guests to this island should be aware that most beaches charge anywhere from 50 Euros up to 150 Euros PER DAY for an umbrella and two sunbeds). The restaurant on site is a gastronomic experience. On the negative side: If you are a non-smoker you will be inundated with smoke during breakfast and dinner as the hotel refuses to have a non-smoking area. We were there for 5 days and asked if they could create a small non-smoking area and they refused to. Outside of this issue it is a true 5 star hotel and reasonably priced.

We were complementary upgraded to a private pool suite. The staff was fantastic. The room was clean. The food was delicious. The staff helped with every request including transfers (for a fee) to and from the airport and calling cabs for us etc. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend La Residence. Mykonos needs more cabs though, it’s expensice to get across the island where La Residence is.

Hotel maravilhoso. Não podíamos ter escolhido melhor. Chegamos já tarde, super cansados e fomos super bem recebidos por uma funcionaria maravilhosa que nos ofereceu espumante e um doce delicioso que o Cheff fez. Para nossa surpresa ganhamos um Upgrade de quarto com uma jacuzzi na varanda. Quarto amplo, super confortável, banheiro bom! O café da manha é maravilhoso com várias opções e vista para o mar. Área da piscina muito boa! Os funcionários sempre solícitos e dispostos a ajudar! O hotel fica em frente a uma praia linda e calma, ideal para família com crianças e casal. Possui almoço e jantar tbm! Foi tudo maravilhoso, tornou nossas férias muito melhor!!!

Es un hotel muy limpio y muy bonito. Personal muy atento. Todo muy bien. Buen desayuno. servicio de taxi desde y hacia el aeropuerto y/o puerto. De verdad uno se siente muy cómodo y bien mimado en este hotel. Lo recomiendo.

Non è un albergo da 5 stelle

Pessimo lontanissimo da mykonos ( mezz’ora di macchina) appena arrivati ci danno la suite con piscina “privata” entriamo e subito un tremendo odore di fogna ci assale all’interno del bagno mosaici staccati . Informiamo il personale dell’albero del forte odore in camera, senza avere riscontro positivo, abbiamo dovuto chiamare Expedia per farci cambiare camera.

I am used to world class properties. The view is beautiful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The service is what sets this hotel apart. To say it is great is an understatement. Just to give you an example I said the breakfast was really good but it would be nice to have American pancakes with maple syrup, the chef brought it in from athens

Très bel hôtel mais excentré

Nous avons l’agreable Surprise d’etre Surclassé en suite lune de miel ce qui a été idéal car avec deux enfants. La suite est spacieuse et luxueuse. Vue sur la mer mais immense terrain vague devant. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus Personnel courtois et disponible. Le hammam ne fonctionnait pas et pas de service de massage, il faut réserver à l’avance. Idem si on veut utiliser la piscine du spa il faut payer et réserver à l’avance car pas de personnel de spa sur place.

Podría ser una excelente opción, pero...

Instalaciones excelentes, la mayoría del personal es muy amable (siempre hay algún “caraperro” que rompe la tónica general), servicio de limpieza impecable y una cocina a la altura de lo que se espera de un hotel de lujo. Hasta aquí muy, pero que muy bien. Donde están los peros...? Es totalmente inconcebible e inaceptable que el un hotel de tipo “adults only” o “adults only like” donde los que vamos, buscamos paz, calma y relajación máxima, permitan alojarse a familias con niños pequeños. No tengo nada en contra de ellos pero existen otro tipo de lugares e instalaciones donde pueden (y deben!) ir. Si a esto sumamos, padres peor educados que sus hijos, el desastre está servido. A todas horas, gritos, lloros histéricos a maximo volumen, niños desbocados correteando por todo el restaurante, tocando las pelotas a todo hijo de vecino... Vamos, como Pedro por su casa, sin miramiento alguno. Lamentablemente, lo uno espera sea una semana de relax extremo puede llegar a convertirse en un un p. desastre! Pagar más de 5.000€ por una semana para esto, no vale la pena. Tengo claro que ni lo recomiendo (a quien busque calma, tranquilidad desconexión y relax) ni pienso volver a ir. Descartado para futuro.

Perfetto in tutto, molto curato ogni dettaglio, personale gentilissimo e professionale, camera stupenda, piscine meravigliose, colazione 5 star++++. Unica pecca la posizione, la spiaggia vicino non è il massimo ed occorre la macchina perché i Taxy e gli autobus sono inesistenti a Mykonos

Struttura incantevole , ineccepile la gentilezza e professionalità, circondata però da natura incolta e dislocata rispetto al centro , pochi collegamenti tramite autobus obbligano gli ospiti a chiamare continuamente taxi non molto economici. Consiglierei di incrementare i collegamenti con il centro magari mettendo a disposizione un servizio navetta gratuito

Very nice villa type of hotel with great food, nice views and a lot of privacy. Super friendly staff. A little bit in a more secluded area so consider renting a car or find a good van transport company. We stayed at three different hotels in Mykonos and this one had the best breakfast by far. Also the greek salad was the best during our week trying it in different restaurants around the island. We stayed four nights in July.

El hotel es muy bonito, la atención del personal es impecable, de verdad una experiencia increíble. Está muy cerca de la mejor playa de Mikonos (Kalafatis). La comida del hotel es exquisita, sin embargo, es un poco costosa, pero muy cerca del hotel existen restaurantes muy buenos y a precios un poco más módicos. El transporte al pueblo es muy sencillo en un bus de servicio público qué pasa por el lugar varías veces al día. Un hotel ideal para disfrutar de esta bella isla, súper recomendable

Exzellentes Boutique Hotel mit schönen Suiten

Wir haben 7 Nächte in diesem luxuriösen kleinen Boutique Hotel verbracht und waren begeistert! La Residence staff were very welcoming, service was excellent. Very peaceful location, 20minute quad bike ride to the city centre. Kalafatis Beach within a 3 minute walk of leaving La Residence. Breakfast, Lunch menu and Dinner menu were all fantastic. I would highly recommend staying at La Residence if youre after a rejuvenating holiday. Thank you for your Hospitality

Idyllic hotel

We stayed at La Residence the first week of May. The hotel was quiet when we checked in but filled up as the week went on. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and we had a glass of prosecco and a macaron on our arrival. Our room was spacious and bathroom had a powerful shower. We rented a car during our stay which was relatively cheap and gave us easy access to Hora. I would strongly recommend renting a car if you want to visit the town. The hotel was idlyic and the perfect place for a relaxing couples break.
