I really liked the location on the beach, I loved that we had access to the chairs with the hotel. The only thing I would recommend is maybe have the smaller pool a little bit warmer to sit in in the evening. Other than that, everything was great.

It was our first time at Myknos, it was a cold rainy day and it looked like we were the only ones in the property! Property is nice, but because the weather was so bad, we were confined to the property for everything. I would love to visit when it’s warmer and more people at the property.

The guest relations person was very helpful. She arranged rides into the town. The beach and sitting area was nice. The bathrooms did need to he updated though. We had 2 rooms, one for my husband and I and the other for my 21 and 19 year old.

Superbe spot avec petit dej royal , mais il faut se faire à l’idee de tout payer ( Transats sur les 3 premieres lignes malgré la base saison ) ; bravo pour les navettes gratuites le soir ( dommage pas ds la journée) sinon bus public pratique la journée ; bref on recommande même si un peu cher.

Disappointing experience Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was disappointing, particularly with how several issues were handled. Due to an unexpected flight issue, we were unable to arrive on our scheduled check-in date. We contacted the hotel that same morning to explain that our arrival would be delayed by one day. Despite providing advance notice, we were still charged a no-show fee for the missed night, and the hotel was unwilling to offer an adjustment. When we arrived the following day, we were also disappointed that the room provided was not the room category we had originally booked. We had reserved a sea-view room with a bedroom and sofa bed, but were given a lower-category room instead. Additionally, the hotel’s website advertised the transfer into the city as complimentary, yet we were charged for the transfer. We raised our concerns but were not offered a satisfactory resolution. We understand that hotels have policies regarding cancellations and no-shows, and we recognize that unexpected travel disruptions can create complications. However, we felt we communicated in good faith and expected the room and services advertised to be honored. The property itself has potential, but the way these issues were handled left us disappointed and would make us hesitant to stay again.

It has gorgeous sea and pool views! Beach is clean and warm. Staff is excellent, Fenia and Maria took very good care of us. They have free shuttle to Chora which is very comfortable. Taxi is regularly EUR 40 no matter where you go and from where you return. Overall, we had excellent stay at Arte and Mare! It combines 5 star relax with easy busy dressed up evenings in town or restaurants and clubs!

We stayed in the 2 bed Villa with pool. The pool is very small and we did not really use it. The pool attached to the main hotel is bigger. A bit of an uphill climb from the beach to the room but the hotel does have transfers available all the time. The staff were very kind and accommodating to all our requests. The restaurant attached to the hotel has beautiful views and the food is very good. Breakfast was excellent. We felt very well looked after and enjoyed our stay at Arte and Mare Suites. Thanks to all the staff!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einwenig Abstrichen- kein deutscher Sender im TV, Interieur schön, nur spärlich möbliert und nur ein (!!) Haken an der Wand im Bad- nix zum hinhängen oder ablegen. Dafür top Personal ( Maria‘s und eigentlich alle), top Service, der es wettmachen konnte. Essen top👍👍 Ob echt 5 Sterne- eigentlich egal, der Service bestimmt.

Beautiful Boutique Spa Hotel

Magnificent views, great breakfast, great Staff (Maria, Gabriel, Athena, Irene), housekeeping very clean and detailed, new villas, very punctual staff. Appreciated Maria’s attentiveness throughout our entire stay. Food was good at Espuma Restaurant... especially the Mussels and Octopus. The water at Elia Beach is cool and amazing. This hotel is a quiet one. It’s about 20 minutes from Chora (downtown Mykonos).

The only 5/5 I can give this hotel is for the beautiful view, location, and wonderful restaurant staff. Everything else was extremely disappointing, especially for €550 per night. We booked a villa with a pool view, but were given an old, run-down room that looked patched with fresh paint. The bed was old and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom had no shower curtain or proper barrier, leaving the floor flooded after every shower—a serious slip-and-fall hazard. This property is advertised as a 5-star hotel, but our experience was nowhere near 5-star quality. Even as paying hotel guests, we were expected to pay €30 PER PERSON to use beach chairs in the first 3 rows. Otherwise, guests are pushed to the 4th row and beyond. This should have been clearly disclosed before booking. Most disappointing, when I showed management photos of the room we expected, I was told the nicer rooms were given to guests staying longer, not guests staying only 3 days. If that’s the policy, why wasn’t it disclosed before we booked? This felt like false advertising. YOU WILL NEED A CAR. The hotel is isolated and about 30 minutes from many places. The hotel makes commission for high rent rate to get customers. Expedia was another disappointment—we contacted them for help and received no meaningful assistance. Beautiful setting, but for €550/night, this experience fell far below expectations. Finally, complete disappointment !!!!

Apóstolos at reception was very accommodating and always available! Transportation from the room to other hotel amenities was super convenient ! Drivers and dining services were absolutely great! Highly recommend!
