"Front desk staff was top notch and so friendly. I love how clean and quiet the hotel is and the breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious and it's nice to have a kitchenette so we can keep a few things in the fridge and make a cup of tea. The bed is comfortable and the pillows were nice. We had an issue with the fire alarm going off twice when we first got there, but it was handled quickly. The AC unit was a little loud but worked great and didn't interrupt our sleep. It was easy to park my car near the property without having to valet and I didn't feel forced to valet. "

"This place was a great pick! Right in historic downtown, walkable to so many restaurants, shops, squares. The trolley picks you up across the street for the tour of the rest of downtown. You can purchase tickets in the lobby. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The roof top pool has a stunning view! Breakfast by Gail was delicious. When we got there they had water gushing from the ceiling in the lobby. Everyone was very appoligetic and did all they could to get it fixed quickly. The water was off for a while but it wasn't too long. All in all it was a lovely time in Savannah."
