"There was no one on site, all through text messages. Room was clean. It is expected that you wash towels/washcloths as needed. We were provided 4 towels/washcloths and 2 hand towels for a 6 night stay, 2 trial size shampoo/conditioner, 1 roll of toilet paper (we had to go buy our own). "This was place was so AMAZING we were lucky enough to add another day onto our stay. It felt like home away from home. It didn't have that rental feel to it. We had 5 kids with us so the game room and lower outdoor game/lounge/bbq area kept them preoccupied when we weren't at the beach. The pool is the community pool down the street and was free for the kiddos to go swim as well as a playground and a skatepark!! So if you have boarders like my kids make sure you bring them it'll be hours of fun...

"The location was convenient a boardwalk away from the beach. No crowds. 3 big pools (1 was heated-ish). The house was well stocked with beach chairs, etc. The property is a little dated, but the location overcame that. Would have loved to see it in its prime. Great host! Very responsive. "
