"The design of the hotel rooms was uncomfortable, no space to put anything, you could hit your head where you put your luggage. If you were not careful, the room was so hot. We had to wait five hours for the room to cool down and could not sleep. Modern, yes,, comfortable NO! "

"Arrived early but was able to check in as room was being cleaned and after welcome drinks was able to get in room,staff at front desk were very friendly as travel passers were all sorted so we were good to go.room was very spacious very good shower,breakfast was excellent with a good selection.Hotel was in a great location near city centre but a quiet location ,near airport and train station and transport."

"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "

"A lovely hotel very (easy walk with bags) close to the railway station and tram stops. Walkable to old town (10-15 minutes) and a good breakfast. The room was modern with the refrigerator stocked with some soft drinks, juice, beer and Prosecco included. Extremely helpful staff who made us dinner recommendations and reservations at a local restaurant 5 minutes from the hotel door. A nice grocery store was also next door where we purchased salads and sandwiches. Would stay again. "

"I arrived very early, ready to ask if I could store my luggage until my room was ready, when I was handed the key to my room. I understand this doesn’t always happen, but it was great to get to my room a couple of hours early. My room was lovely with a view of the church. "Booked a room for two adults and one child. When we got to our room, the sofa bed was not made, found a spare duvet and pillow in the cupboard but no sheet. My son just used the duvet to wrap himself. The next day, our room was cleaned, bed was made, but not the sofa bed. We should probably have asked for the sheet but as we were only there for three nights, we didn’t bother. We just took the duvet cover for my son to use it as a sheet.
