We loved our two night stay, we were able to arrive early & leave our bags & given refreshments which made our first day in Palermo sightseeing a great experience. Perfect is you are travelling by train as it’s an easy walk to the station."

"Excellent location . Beautiful hotel, keeping the old building base with modern rooms and classic furniture. Loved the intimate breakfast in the garden. Fresh baked cakes many choices everyday. "Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and...

"We had a very nice stay for a 1-night break in Palermo. The location is perfect—walking distance to everything in the historic centre. The staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was exceptional; however, it would have been helpful to know in advance that menu items need to be selected before arriving in the morning in breakfast room. Once we sat down, the quality was top-tier. A beautiful boutique experience overall!"

"Really enjoyed my stay! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It felt like an oasis off the main street with a very nice breakfast and coffee made to order. Theres a cafe, Borsa, next to the hotel which is great for a snack, especially the pistachio croissants that were amazing."

"We arrived at 930 pm down a very narrow city road and saw an imposing old door as our arrival point. We sent a text to the hotel to say we were outside and Francisco joined momentarily. Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were magnificent Francisco and Giorgio were great hosts"

What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions.
