"Well, I hate to leave a negative reviews. The building itself was fine. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. But, the main issue is, the non smoking room was subject to cigarette smoke infiltration. The surrounding rooms were also non-smoking. I am not sure where the cigarette smoke was coming from. Also, the AQI in Bursa that weekend was over 150. So there was no escape from bad air for me. Consequently, I became ill. It's a shame, because...

"Grand Heykel Hotel is a short distance from all the main Bursa attractions. It is right opposite (2 minutes walk) from the famous (First one opened in 1867) Bursa Iskendar Kebab Restaurant. We had a pleasant stay at Grand Heykel and would definitely stay again; however, will choose Family Suite next time as the Triple room was a bit smaller for us."

"A cosy place to stop in Bursa on the long Drive from the South Coast of Turkey to Istanbul. Close to highway makes it easy to access. Free and spacious parking space welcomes you. Food is very nice and it is also budget-friendly. The room was very clean, I saw the cleaning lady she was really cleaning with great care. I will stay there again. Why diving into İstanbul traffic without a proper rest in Bursa "
