"Very dirty and smelly! The pool was closed and never opened; despite the manager promising it would be. The television didn’t work; employees told the manager to call the provider to have it fixed but the manager refused to call DishTV to fix it. There was dried blood on the sheets and soaked through to the mattress pad. Staff members were helpful in trying to fix the issues, but the manager KC Lee was rude, dismissed our concerns, and denied us a refund multiple times. He never offered a different room and even said he wouldn’t allow us to check out and go to a different hotel. He then tried to say it was our fault that we didn’t let anyone know about these issues immediately; despite the fact the staff standing there confirmed we complained and even showed him photos. After 30 minutes of arguing, he was only willing to provide a partial refund. Expedia called him directly and ONLY THEN was he willing to refund the entire amount but walked away and hid in his office. After 20 more minutes, he wouldn’t check us out of the room until I again asked for him to and provide some type of receipt to show our stay was cancelled. He still refused to provide any paperwork, told my daughter “stop chatting” and demanded we leave. So we never got any paperwork but thankfully Expedia quickly processed the refund and sent me documentation. I will NEVER stay in this hotel again and I sincerely hope the corporate office visits the property and deals with this extremely rude manager."

"The room was updated and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only concern at all is that the room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke and it was a no smoking room."

"I had trouble with the key card to get in my room as well as did my brother traveling with me. The manager had to come up and train me on how to use it properly. The room was clean with abundant towels. I had trouble with the bathroom door sticking and the closet door would not stay closed. A female guest was freaking out in the lobby because her room door was not locking properly. The cleaning staff was friendly and the bed comfortable."

"The breakfast could have been better. Eggs were watery, bacon under cooked, gravy tasteless, and the coffee a little weak. The area was clean tho. The cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to what the room may need. There were 2 bottles of conditioner and no shampoo, body wash, or kleenex. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is quiet. The employees were all very polite and friendly."
