"Room is very clean and has a kitchen with microwave, full-size fridge, ceramic plates, bowls, cups, forks, spoons, even dish detergent, dish sponge. Super convenient for me. They even have cookware and offer to lend cooktop for free of charge. Breakfast food was good. Also, they alternated different dishes each morning so it is not boring for customers. "We stayed in Grant’s room. It was neat to think that a former General and President slept on that very bed frame. The house is full of history. The room provided the nostalgia of the past with the modern day comforts of the present. The staff was amazing especially the host, Latonya Brown. "Comfortable bed, quiet room, but there was hair on the sink and in the tub. You could see cup water ring stains on the bedside tables. I cleaned it to my likings other than it was great."

"Liked the unique room although hot water wasn’t very hot. Wine and cheese was nice upon arrival but I think the host should have poured the wine. People poured large amounts. The sit down breakfast and tour of Duff mansion was lovely!!"
