"This hotel seems to be for business as many travelers checked in for work purposes. Self check-in kiosks were available which could be convenient. Location is 1 min walk from Asaichi and ~10 mins walk from Sendai Station, and many convenient stores are nearby. Most staff seem not be able to speak English well so it was a little difficult when asking for assistance, and there are only 3 units of washer/dryer in the entire hotel so the wait could be very long if you wanted to do laundry. Recommend for solo or small group travelers."
