"Good sized room, very clean and comfortable, great location walkable to everything (and with a nice sunset spot right next door), and excellent communication from Veronica. Only small point of improvement is some noise from the hallway when people come back late at night as the hard floors make it echo quite a lot, but this was minor."

"The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. "It is a lovely hotel in Porto with great artistic taste. We’ve stayed in a family suite where we had two rooms, one in the 0 floor with a couch and a refrigerator, and another in the 1st floor with a bed and a bathroom. From the 1st floor, you can access the garden through the terrace. Breakfast is included in your stay and it was fabulous. It is in a 10 minute walking distance from the city centre. "An outstanding hotel. Room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. All the staff were excellent and the service was impeccable. The breakfast range was extensive and all really tasty. The restaurants were both lovely and the view from the rooftop was a highlight. The spa facilities were superb and the treatments were excellent making for a relaxing experience."
