"Great location (approx 5 minute walk to main square) , lovely hotel, good room and facilities , lovely bar to sit in. Breakfast was good too, staff helpful. Would recommend and definitely stay again "

"Lovely modern hotel and rooms are spacious and have modern and clean facilities. Small bar area but plenty of staff on hand and friendly, happy to help you with drinks and provide information on local transit. Breakfast was moved to a conference room on second day due to remodelling works in the restaurant, but still very well organised and plenty of choice."

"There was no hot water, The water was timid at best. Had to let shower run a while at a lower pressure to get it mildly warm to take shower. The shower temperature controller came off in my hand, It wasn’t securely fixed"

"I booked this hotel on the basis of it being slightly out of the centre and therefore quieter. However I had the worst night sleep of my life as there was an all night rave going on in the hotel (an organised event!) and I was on the first floor above it. The bed was literally vibrating from the bass and when I phoned down at 3.16am I was told by reception ‘there is noting we can do’. Awful, not what I expect from Hyatt."

"I would say this was more 3/4 star at best. Kitchen was limited with minimum utensils provided and barely any equipment. Air conditioning stopped working fortunately, the temperature was cool enough do could live without. Handle to the apartment intermittently locked. The location was excellent amd staff were friendly."

"This is a very nice boutique hotel located directly in the city center within walking distance to many of Krakow's cultural attractions. I was traveling with my son so we booked a large suite that had two queen beds, something that is a very rare find in Europe, at a reasonable price through Expedia. The room was beautiful and worked well as we each had our own bathrooms as well. The owners also own multiple restaurants in the area but be careful at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel as we were over-charged (partly my fault for not asking more questions). Other than that experience, I would highly recommend the hotel. "
