My car broke down on a business trip and was stranded at the hotel for days and Brad was kind, courteous and prompt… check in was a breeze I was constantly ask if I needed anything… the amenities are amazing breakfast was delicious, a clean pool and facilities "

"I noticed upon arrival that there was a spill near the elevator, which appeared to be a large amount of soda. A caution cone had been placed in the area to alert guests. However, the following day, prior to checkout, the cone had been removed, and the floor remained very sticky. Additionally, there was a dirty white towel discarded in the corner, which appeared to have been used to clean the spill."
