"A beautiful family owned business who were extremely accommodating and had the warmest energy. Our room was an amazing size and the distance from the Homestay to the market was a leisurely stroll. The room was clean and provided fresh towels on a daily basis however, the air did have a sense of humidity within the room but this did not distract from the warm and generous spirit of the owners. "Room is pretty run down. Foul smell in the bathroom, room has strong musky smell. Hand wash, bath gel and shampoo smelt really bad. Do not understand how they didn’t realise it. Breakfast was basic with lots of variety of fruits. Only went once out of 3 mornings. Positive : Location is good, right infront of the night market and many good restaurants nearby (5-10 mins walk). "From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. "

"Situated just over the bridge from the main hub of Hoi A this hotel is the perfect base if you want to escape the hussle and bustle of the centre but still be in walking distance to everything. The room was big and clean, the pool was a great way to cool off after hot days exploring. We had a load of laundry done which was returned quickly and to a high standard. Very helpful friendly staff, always on hand for any questions. I would recommend this hotel. "

He has lots of recommendations for the area. They do laundry on site, the property is clean and well cared for and they are always there for anything you need. A short walk to all the attractions. "Quaint little spot just close enough to everything! We had 2 separate rooms for our family of 5. Both had awesome balconies that we loved sitting at. Very close to the bustling night market and busy street of restaurants and bars along the river. AC was great and staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!"
