"We arrived before our designated check in time due to a very early flight, expecting just to drop our bags, but the reception staff were able to check us in early as our rooms were already ready. Generally they were very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the hotel was convenient for our visit to the city."

Need to buzz in to reception and then again once inside. After that was able to register and get my keys for the room and a separate key for the exterior doors. "Nice hotel near Central station. Clean room which seems to be recently remodelled. As most downtown hotels may do, no view from room other than close buildings, but enjoyed view to inner sectors. Friendly staffs. Small, but good breakfast with espresso, yogurt, juice, fruits, cheese, bread and danish. Bar staff was very kind, in particular. I had to present at an international online meeting to Japan, and had no issues at all with the wifi. Very efficient."

"Very nice, quiet room with good AC. Great breakfast, great and friendly service. Within walking distance of good restaurants and cafes. No pool or gym, but lovely lobby area with seats and tables and refreshments. Highly recommended!"
