Obiekt, stary, kolonialny z historią, ma swój niepowtarzalny urok ale też i wady z racji na swoją historię. W momencie arę czysty, bez robactwa, i z wspaniałym śniadaniem. Minusy są 2, w obu pokojach, klimatyzacja ledwo chłodziła, cały czas był przy tej temperaturze, zaduch w pokoju. Drugi minus, to osoba z rannej zł aby za biurkiem. Patrzył na wszystko jak policjant, podczas śniadania jego wzrok powodowal że nie wiedzieliśmy czy możemy jeść czy nie.
