"Staff exceeded our expectations, and made the stay very enjoyable, despite a couple minor issues. We have tried out numerous hotels in medellin over the years and this is by far our favourite, so it has become our number 1 choice in medellin. Minor Issues- there is no AC in the common area/living room and kitchen, which can get quite hot during the day. However, the bedroom AC works amazing which is most important. Lastly, I would avoid using any wine glasses, 2 broke while just rinsing them...

"Our experience was awesome! The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a Jr. Suite, which was perfect for our 5 night stay. The restaurant on the rooftop is great, and breakfast was delicious. Some evenings, we went up to the bar for some cocktails, which were very.goos. Uber/taxi were easy to find and reasonably priced. Tons of bars and restaurants closeby, and a huge mall attached to the hotel/parking garage. "
