"El pueblo muy bonito. El hotel en líneas generales bien, la atención es mejorable, falta personal y la responsable siempre quiere tener la última palabra y la razón. Pusimos el cartel de no molestar y entraron sin permiso a hacer la cama sin apenas limpiar. "We have previously stayed at the property and the staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are large clean and tidy, although some areas of the hotel could do with refreshing. The out side of the property has been cleaned and looks better. However when walking just of the property to the rear there is a strong smell of sewage,and what appears to be sewage waste!! I did mention this on a previous visit but it looks like it's a ongoing issue? Also a note could perhaps be put on the website saying that the restaurant/ cafe is closed on Monday-Thursday 11am- 1600,which is quite annoying when you have had a long drive and are unable to even purchase a bottle of water. We did ask if we could purchase a bottle of water at the reception but was told "No the restaurant is closed""

"Nice sized room. The shower is a tub combo so be careful. Bed was very comfortable. NO COFFEE in the room and since cafe’s don’t open until 8:30 and some just don’t open for various reasons, you can find coffee at 8:30 in their restaurant… if it opens. Did not open on of the days of our stay. Did not have takeaway cups so we could take coffee to our room. TV in the room would not connect to the internet for Netflix and the maintenance person never arrived when reported. So… put coffee in the room. Have Takeaway/To Go cups available. The staff was great and the location was perfect."
